You Can be a Personal Finance Warrior – Just Ask Kelly!

Are you ready to be a ‘personal finance warrior?’  Kelly Gushue is the brave, experienced soldier who can make it happen.  I first met Kelly a few weeks ago through my Ellevate Squad.  I joined this amazing women’s networking organization over the summer and most recently signed up to be part of a Squad.  Ellevate Squads are created to bring together a small diverse group of like-minded women.  We meet via video conference once a week, sharing insights and helping one another get beyond our personal career hurdles.  Most importantly, we support one another – and hold each other accountable – as we work to get to the next stage of our careers.

We are fortunate to have Kelly as our “Squad Mod,” otherwise known as our team leader.  For a number of years, Kelly worked in financial institutions.  She then determined she wanted to run her own business and bring her insights and training to others in an unconventional way.  Helping women overcome their fears of financial planning and empowering them to become ‘personal finance warriors’ is her passion.

Therefore, this Monday, October 1st, Kelly is hosting a 5-Day Money Challenge.  Women who sign up for this free course, will learn the following:

  1.  How to break through the excuses of “I’m too busy”
  2. How to engage with your money in new & exciting ways
  3. How to understand where your money is going
  4. How to identify several ways to save money
  5. How to feel in complete control of your ‘money life’

If you are uncertain about your finances, or if you recently made a life altering decision, I encourage you to sign up forKelly’s free, on-line workshop:  Mind Your Cents .  Kelly’s philosophy is that “Financial confidence is not about how much money you have.  It is about simple steps to manage your money so you can make decisions with clarity and ease.”  Sign up this weekend by clicking here:  Mind Your Cents Workshop.

Stay brave, stay fabulous, and be strong!
